FYI - our office will be closed to the public Friday, May 29. Our staff will be available by phone.

Our office will be closed to the public FRIDAY, MAY 29, as we replace the front sidewalk. No vehicles will be allowed at our main entrance during this time. All deliveries are to proceed to the north gate for entry. Our office will reopen for regular business at 7:30 am Monday, June 1. You can always call our office at 563-864-7611. Thank you for your patience.

Some of our phone service customers may experience issues when placing calls to, or receiving calls from, U.S. Cellular numbers. We have been informed this is part of a broader industry issue related to U.S. Cellular’s ongoing network updates as they migrate to T-Mobile. Until that network migration is complete, customers may continue to notice intermittent call completion issues involving U.S. Cellular numbers. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your patience as the issue is worked through.
