Middlesex Amateur Radio Society Founded 1947; Middlesex Amateur Radio Society is a Amateur radio club located in Central CT that supports local events and Local ARES emergency operations.

We are the Middlesex Amateur Radio society. We provide a public service fore events like the Epilepsy Foundation's Mud Volleyball, MS Bike Marathon, the Portland Fair. We promote the advancement of radio with our presentations every month, technical advice, licensing test sessions, and encouragement via the "elmering" process. We are an American Radio League (ARRL) affiliated club, as well as Amat

eur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) members. Our neetibg place is still closed due to COVID-19. We will start having in person meetings again when the Portland Senior Center reopens. In thr mean time, we hold birtual meetings on Zoom every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Email [email protected] to get the meeting link.
