I have worked with computers and gaming my whole life and have been in the Information Technology Industry for over 5 years, worked in the Loss Prevention and CCTV Industry for 2 years, and have done customer service for over 10 years. In today's world we have to accept the fact that technology is an ever growing part of our every day function, but sometimes it can be an overwhelming prospect. My specialty is translating the sometimes impenetrable language of the world of technology to people who aren't as savvy and allowing them to take better control of their technology and their lives.
