I'm not a developer. I never went to school for any of this.

My background is graphic design. A few years ago, if you'd told me I'd be building custom software and AI systems for real businesses, I'd have laughed right in your face.

Here's what changed. AI got good. Really good. And it turns out what actually matters most isn't memorizing code, it's knowing how to solve a real problem and being too stubborn to quit until you do.

So I stopped waiting around to feel "qualified" and just started building. I'd hit a wall, figure it out, hit another wall, figure that one out too. Over and over and over, until the things I was making actually worked and actually helped people.

That's the part I really want you to hear. You don't need to be some genius or a lifelong coder to use these tools. You just need a problem worth solving and enough stubbornness to see it through.

I'm living proof of that. Just a design guy who refused to stay in his lane.

Want to know if your site is actually slow? Don't test it on your home wifi. Pull it up on your phone using your data, standing outside somewhere. That's how most of your customers really see it. And the big one is almost always images. Those giant photos straight off a camera are usually what's slowing the whole page down.

I want to be 35 and retired, living my life with my wife and kids.

That's the goal, and I say it out loud because it keeps me honest.

Not retired like sitting on a beach doing nothing. Retired like I own my time, I'm there for the small moments, and I'm not trading every hour of my life for a paycheck.

I've got a toddler at home and another baby on the way, so that clock is loud.

So when I'm building for a business owner, I'm not thinking about a pretty website. I'm thinking about giving you your time back, because hours burned on busywork are hours you never get back with your family.

That's personal for me.

I figured this stuff out as a regular guy, not some coder in a hoodie, and now I get to help other people win their time back too.

God's been good. I'm just trying to be faithful with it.

If you do the same task more than twice a week, write down every step of it once. That list is basically the instruction manual an AI needs to do it for you. Skip that step and it hands you junk, which is why most people try AI once and give up on it.

I built one client a system that's on track to save them around $250,000 a year. Same team, same clients, nothing added but the right software underneath.

Before that, his admin team was drowning. Every hour they spent on approvals, scheduling, follow-ups, and forms was an hour they weren't growing the business. The paperwork was eating the company alive.
