We are still developing the ICE agent's guide. The inclusive laws are complex and, in some cases obscure. Daily the research and development is occuring. For those who have inquired about a publication date, we are predicting 2021 as a release.

We have received many phone calls asking if we are still open due to the virus pandemic. Please be assured that we will not be closing. There may be delays in shipping books and products. However, that is not an immediate problem. The USPS, UPS and FedEx are working hard to maintain a reliable delivery schedule.

Justice Systems Press continues to work on the new book regarding immigration law. There are over 400 laws enforced by ICE agents. Each law requires special attention because of the detail, reference to other laws and confusion related to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. When DHS was created, laws from several agencies were placed under DHS authority resulting in confusion and in some cases, laws referring to other obscure laws that may not exist. We are piecing this all together.
