We're debuting a brand-new production truck at this weekend's GT World Challenge America race.

Apex Broadcast is a TV production company that specializes in live motorsports. Our shop maintains two live production trucks and a Spec Miata racecar.

We are seeking a mechanically-inclined high school or college student to help with various tasks in our shop, including:

-Cleaning and preparing our production trucks.

-Basic fabrication.

-Preparation and maintenance of our in-house racecar.

The is a great opportunity to receive hands-on experience with a wide variety of technology, including audio, video, and networking equipment, automotive repair, and metal fabrication.

Training and tools will be provided. We can offer either hourly pay or school credit, depending on your needs.

Our employees are fully vaccinated.

Apex Broadcast is seeking a part-time CDL Class B driver for our TV production truck. The truck travels to various race tracks throughout N America from early March to mid-November. Each job lasts 1-4 days, and we have multiple jobs available each month.

Pay is $250/day, plus expenses, including travel to/from the truck's location.

In addition to driving, we can offer work as a utility while the truck is on-site.

Apex Broadcast is seeking a short-term CDL Class B driver for our TV production truck. This is a temporary position and will include the following trips:

Feb 25-28
Lansing, MI to Sonoma, CA

March 8-11
Sonoma, CA to Alton, VA

March 29-30
Alton, VA to Lansing, MI

Pay is $350/day, plus expenses, including travel to/from the truck's location.

You must have at least two years' OTR experience to apply.

Apex Broadcast is seeking experienced hard camera operators for live coverage of a professional sports car race at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX on March 1-3, 2019.

Previous experience as a live sports camera operator is required. Please reply with a summary of your relevant experience, your contact information, and a link to your reel (if available).

Pay (without hotel): $400/day for three days. Pay (with hotel): $350/day for three days.

Apex Broadcast is seeking a part-time driver for our TV production truck. The driver would be moving our truck to various locations (mostly racetracks) throughout the USA and Canada. We will be traveling to nine Blancpain GT World Challenge America races, the SCCA Runoffs, and possibly a few more.

The job requires a Class B CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass random drug screenings. Previous CDL experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates who have experience driving large trailers or motorhomes.

Our unit is a 44' straight truck on a Freightliner Columbia chassis with a 14' utility trailer.

Pay: $250/day, about 40 days of work per year, March-Nov.

This would be a great job for a retiree or freelancer who is looking to pick up some extra cash.
