Once again, another set of VERY impressive painting entries for the 2025 "Be Your Own Santa" painting contest. The judging was VERY extra difficult this year. I polled over a dozen judges, and every single one ranked the models differently.

But in the end, I had to rank the top 5. Just know that they were all very close. And many of the other entries were only a vote or two away.

Here are the entries for the 2024 "Be Your Own Santa" Painting Contest. We had AMAZING participation, with 30 painted models submitted for judging. It was REALLY tough, and there was a lot of debate among the various judges. Ultimately, we ranked the top 5.

The top five places are shown first in the pictures, but every other entry is posted in a random order. The paint jobs are even better in person, so stop by and take a look at the great work!

Thank you to everyone who took part. It's always a lot of fun and great to see the local talent! We plan on setting up another paint competition in a couple of months where we will have different categories for entrants (based on age and experience).

I listed the name of the artist and model for the top 5, but I don't have the time to tag every entry. Feel free to comment on the picture of your model with your name so you can get credit for the awesome work you did!

Good news! Lorcana Chapter 3 (Into the Inklands) is releasing February 23rd. And we're actually getting enough boosters/starters for all the pre-orders, plus extra! Now that supply is finally catching up to demand, we can lower the prices. Booster boxes are now $140/box and starters are $16.99. The Trove and Gift Sets are still very limited. $80 for the Trove, and $70 for the Gift Set.

"Be-Your-Own-Santa Painting Contest"

It's time for our annual painting contest! But we're changing it up a little.
Now we’re encouraging you to pamper yourself! Use this as an excuse to buy that model you’ve always wanted to paint, but couldn’t justify.

Whatever model you want to get is up to you, but you’re encouraged to try something new. It could be a new game, a new army, or even trying a new painting technique. But do something fun and exciting for yourself this holiday season! You deserve it!
The Rules:
