Camping behind the Maze is open from Friday till Monday at noon.

Attention gamers, new and old!

This Saturday, the 3rd, is Dress Rehearsal for everyone, rain or shine.

We will begin our morning meeting at 8:30 AM, check in before that and please don't be late. Lots of new parking is available across the road from the office and storage trailers.

All crewmembers are required to be in full costume and be able to speak the Kings English if asked.

Just a reminder there will be an required orientation day for our brand new crew members this Saturday, the 19th of September, starting at 8:30 AM at our office. We will go over safety, rules, regulations, costuming, and language.

At about 1 PM, we will go over ride training and after answer ALL questions.

You will need to enter from the service entrance off of FM 1774, North of Magnolia. Turn at county road 303 to the west, turn right on Renfaire Dr, then turn right on Festival drive, our office is right through the security gate you would check in at. Look for signs that say Tomcat Games. Park and come see us.

Well, Howdy Folks!
TRF is fast approaching, things are taking shape for the 2026 season.

Few things- Yes, there was a fire at TRF this week.
Booth 225, Wyrmwood, suffered a devastating fire that gutted the inside completely. No one was was injured or inside the booth at the time. Fire crews from several local departments were able to subdue the flames and kept the fire contained to only that booth, luckily it did not spread. Many good folks are affected by this fire and it is not know yet if they will rebuild before the start of the show.

On a happier note, TRF Job Faire is NEXT SAT morning 10:00 AM Sept 12th. Bring or send your good referrals to see us. Returning crew that has already contacted us to confirm their spots will be 1st to pick up a limited edition Tomcat Games T-shirt!

TRF is mandating "Renaissance University" again this season, you are not required to attend but "every Employee will need to be able to demonstrate the mandatory performance skills and will be tested randomly throughout the festival performance days by the TRF Entertainment Director". Please look over the material and absolutely attend if you can.

We will have Ben, our language coach, at the Sept 19th training day about noon. He is a great teacher and makes the language fun.

Lastly- TRF is tightening up on their camping and parking options. Our camping space by the cabins as well as the cabins themselves are gone and now reserved for parking only. We can still camp behind the Maze. All those staying there will need to sign a TRF waiver at the Tomcat office, setup starts anytime...

You probably are pretty cool and we like you around. Some changes have been made this year and several positions have opened up. We always need to hire some new folks, send GOOD referrals this way or bring them out on Job Faire day. Bring out your reliable and fun friends, family, and neighbors.

TRF is over for 2025!

Thank you all for a wonderful season. This year was filled with loss and sadness and we all put on our best smiles. Everyone did great and worked together as a strong team. Checks are being mailed out today, some envelopes contain multiple checks so please open them up. 1099 tax forms will go out early January. If you do not receive anything in the mail withing a week or so, contact here via messenger or email [email protected].

Hope to see everyone next season, start thinking about it now and bring family n friends.
