T-Mobile is currently experience network issues. If your phone is displaying SOS/No Service, it is most likely not your device. T-Mobile is actively working on a resolution. Until then, connecting to WiFi is the only option.

1/14/26, 12:30p, Verizon service is having issues with many devices showing SOS. As of this post, no time for a fix has been estimated. AT&T and T-Mobile also having issues, but not as widespread.
