The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders. Understanding of web analytics and digital marketing are a must. Being able to present findings in a meaningful and clear way is also a must.
The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, attitude. It requires the ability to listen, learn and extend learnings to the entire interactive organization.
You understand analytics and know-how to help other people understand the importance of analytics. You enjoy working with creatives, technologists and can clearly communicate with senior-level stakeholders. You understand and drive issues to conclusion.
You will be working in the following tasks: preprocessing data to prepare for analysis, modelling; design a new solution architecture for loyalty program; providing comparative research on different approaches and models; support decision making based on the data analyzing; collaborate with development, testing, release engineering teams. One of the tasks examples: minimize order splits and maximize EBIT by minimizing shipping/pick and pack/ labor/other costs and with respect to business constraints, such as inventory or manual shipping restrictions.

Requirements:
Knowledge of data analysis in AWS environment (Athena, Redshift, S3, Sagemaker, EMR)
Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Plotly, Pyspark, Sklearn)
Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals, algorithms and data structures
Hands on experience in lift modeling, segmentation and hypothesis testing
Familiarity with Big Data tech stack (Spark, HDFS etc.)
Able to handle multiple priorities with periodic direction from management.
Able to be a trusted partner to business teams with a passion for technology.
Analyzes business tasks, works closely with Business Owners to elicit and document requirements.
Is responsible for the business interpretation of customer needs and for maintaining and prioritizing the backlog. In addition to the responsibilities for requirements elaboration, the candidate performs the role of a Product Owner on an assigned sprint team as needed.
Has mature written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Has well-developed soft skills to collaborate with engineers and managers at different levels. Has a solid understanding of technologies being used to implement the solution.
Ensures all details are correctly represented in JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
