Hello Neighbors

The Connext Management team is aware of some recent speed and connectivity issues some clients have experienced over the past week. We are finishing a large portion of our core network and redundancy upgrades this week. As a part of this upgrade, we will be migrating clients to this new core system.

For most users, this will be a seamless transition you won't even know it happened.

For those clients that have Real World IP addresses, we will be transitioning you from the 38.73.141.x range to a new Connext IP range. We will be reaching out to you on an individual basis to make this happen as seamlessly as possible for you.
