Public Service Announcement

There is a cellular disruption/outage throughout half of the Pittsfield area, it is not your phone or your service provider and we do not have a solution at this time. Service remains working elsewhere so it is safe to assume it is just 1 particular tower having disruptions. If you feel the need to try and switch providers we can offer some different options to you, however I cannot guarantee it will fix your issue if you live the "problem area". Please contact your actual service provider by dialing 611 if you wish to complain or get more details. We have no further information at this time, but we are here to help with other non-service related issues! Hopefully this gets taken care of soon and have a great day everyone!
