📢 vSeeBox Service Update
Good news — everything should be back up and running normally as of now.
First, I want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience and understanding while the service was experiencing issues. We know interruptions can be frustrating, and we really appreciate everyone who worked through it with us.
Some of you may have seen posts circulating online with explanations about what supposedly caused the outage. We intentionally did not share those reports because we could not independently verify that information.
That’s something we take seriously. I would rather be the last person to give you an update than be the first person to give you information that turns out to be wrong. If we cannot verify something, we’re not going to present it to our customers as fact.
What we can confirm is that there were server-related issues, but we have no verified information supporting some of the more extreme explanations that were being circulated.
At this point, service should be operating normally again. If you're still experiencing an issue, try restarting your vSeeBox and checking again.
