For this client, I removed an older Wi-Fi system that was poorly designed and installed an all new fully managed network with Wi-Fi AI!

From Chip D. - Brian did a wonderful job. He is a great communicator and arrives at your home ready to work. He clearly understands networks and WiFi, but he can explain it in easy to understand terms. He stocks a considerable amount of equipment right on his truck so there is not any back and forth. He clearly understands what he can do for his customers and he delivers as promised. Not only did he get our WiFi running at the optimal level, but he also 'tuned" it to prevent conflicts with the various pieces of hardware. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and FaceTime have never worked so smoothly. Brian is worth the money and he is also just a really nice guy. Thank you again Brian for a job well done!

I just got a call from Tree of Life, because they can't get in the building to access their computer system they are in asap need of a business laptop for the interim and future.
I'm happy to remove a brand new Lenovo ThinkPad T480s from my inventory, load it up with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks and donate it to Tree of Life.

Yesterday's gig!

I was tasked with getting internet from a garage to an asphalt tower 1/2 mile away and fiber would have been too costly.

Brought in a pair of Ubiquiti airMAX's to create a wireless bridge. I had to run 200ft of conduit on the bottom side of a ladder then underground to the control room. Pretty cool stuff.

Coupled with a pair of cloud managed UniFi switches for great visibility in case there is ever an issue.

Been awhile since I posted a review but this one was too good to pass! Thanks Marshall K.!

I had a software problem on my Windows 10 computer. I searched Angie's List for someone appropriate to help me who had a good rating and was within a close driving distance. I then left a voicemail on BQV's phone. In less than 2 hours Brian returned my phone call. I've been a professional computer programmer for over 30 years but Windows is not my specialty. I described my computer's problem, along with my theory about what might be the cause of my problem. Brian spent about 15 minutes on the phone, educating me about possible methods of attacking my Windows problem. This guy is smart! His advice was excellent. He didn't charge me for his help, even after I offered to pay. I definitely would use Brian again for any software or hardware problem that might affect my Windows PC in the future. By the way, note that BQV's website is HTTPS, not HTTP. The "S" stands for "secure". HTTPS is a strong indication of a sophisticated and safe website. Like I said earlier, this guy is smart!

It's been awhile since I've posted so here are TWO new awesome reviews! Thanks Susan S. and David G.!

David - Brian responded promptly by email, phone and in-person. He was easy to work with, friendly, technically competent, and communicated clearly. The problems were completely resolved. He put some extra effort into helping the computer work more efficiently in ways that made it more user-friendly. He is a pleasure to work with!

Susan - Cleaned CPU case and determined source of noise (video card fan). Did a general PC cleanup and upgraded my hard drive. Installed new anti-virus software. Replaced video card. Brian came out and did the work the very day I contacted him. My PC had shut down spontaneously; he alleviated my stress by promptly returning my initial call to him and then later explaining how he determined the likely cause of the problem. He offered several possible solutions, and returned promptly the following day when I decided I was most comfortable replacing the video card. While he has a minimal time charge for a consultation, he waived this on his return visit.
Brian provided excellent service and I would definitely use his services again.
