With nearly 20 years in IT, I’ve built a career centered on leadership, innovation, and excellence across E-commerce, tier-1 3PL, manufacturing, and high-performance IT environments. My expertise spans analytics, telecommunications, IT operations, product development, and project management, driving both business success and meaningful connections.
As Founder of The Realms of Asgard (TROA), I created a certified mental health organization and gaming community that provides a safe, judgment-free space for support. TROA goes beyond gaming, partnering with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP) Indianapolis Chapter and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) to deliver resources, education, and advocacy for those in need, including veterans and their families.
I am also President of The Spartan IT Group (TSG), a development-focused company helping small to medium-sized businesses thrive in today’s digital world. TSG provides tailored IT solutions that enhance security, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring businesses grow in an evolving landscape.
I built my leadership foundation at Best Buy, developing skills in team management, operations, and technology solutions. I advanced into senior IT roles at DHL, managing a 1.2 million sq. ft. Verizon fulfillment center, and at GEODIS, overseeing multi-site IT integrations. I’ve also worked with FedEx, Amazon, and MetroNet, focusing on IT infrastructure, vendor management, and aligning technology with business growth.
At StarPlus Energy, I serve as Senior Process Innovation Specialist for Mixing and Electrode in electric vehicle battery manufacturing. I lead process optimization, systems troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating across manufacturing, engineering, and IT to enhance equipment integration, resolve MES issues, and implement scalable solutions that boost efficiency and quality in one of the largest EV battery plants in the U.S.
Beyond my roles, philanthropy is core to my mission. Whether through TROA, TSG, or personal initiatives, I’m committed to supporting both local and broader communities. My companies participate in passion projects, ensuring resources, mentorship, and assistance reach those in need.
