Update 4:30 PM. 100% up and running. We would like to thank Jack Todd Pierce Roy Cody Mike, and complete splicing for coming in on a Sunday to get everyone back up and working in a timely manner. If anyone has any information on the person or persons responsible for destruction of private property and putting so many people out of service, please call the office.

Update 2:30 PM. Splicing is complete, 1 fiber is giving us fits but our guys are running down the single remaining issue. Good news is everyone else is back up and working. We appreciate the affected customers patience while we fixed this aggravating situation.

Update: 8:45 am. New fiber has been pulled in and we are preparing the cable for splicing. Estimated time until service is back up 3-4 hours. It was a 144 strand fiber that was cut so it’s going to take a minute.😡

Update: 6:45 am 6-7. We have determined where the problem is located. Someone decided to cut through the pipe that contained our fiber… with a saw. 😡 photo in comments.

At approximately 1 am in the morning of June 7th, we lost fiber service to a very small area in Anderson (See photo of affected area) Technicians are working to determine the cause and restore service as soon as possible. We apologize to any customers affected by this outage and hope to have service restored quickly.
