We are looking for compassionate LVNs who are able to serve the dying patients in their last days of life. It is a much needed role in our company and more importantly, for the patient's and families that we serve.

Typically the shifts available are 8 hours paying $25 hourly for the first 8 hours, and $37.50 hourly for any time over after 8 hours, if you are willing to work overtime.

There are many blessings in working as a hospice nurse including the opportunity to make a difference at people's greatest times of need. Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

Provide sales efforts for our full range of electrical field engineering services at new and existing facilities including acceptance and maintenance testing, electrical equipment upgrades, engineering studies and training services. These sales activities will be performed utilizing all the principles of good salesmanship, on site customer visits, phone and e-mail sales, group selling, territory and accounts management. Active participation in technical and trade associations will be expected. Responsibilities will include estimating and developing complete proposals, follow-up and securing orders consistent with field engineering services and engineering department standards and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make regular sales calls on existing accounts
•Establish contacts and develop new accounts
•Follow-up on sales leads generation
•Perform sales support consistent with overall sales goals
•Make effective one on one and group customer presentations
•Generate accurate and technically correct proposals
•Assist in marketing support
•Active participation in technical and trade associations

Required Education and Experience:
•College education, BSEE a plus
•Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software including manipulating templates.
•Knowledge of the National Electrical Code. Familiarity with NFPA, IEEE and ANSI Standards such as ANSI-NETA ATS & MTS a plus.
•Ability and willingness to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
•Experience in commercial, industrial, utility facilities and infrastructures.
•Dependable, good judgment and project management skills.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Will mainly work 6am-2pm on site but will pretty much be on call evenings and weekends as needed by the client.

This is a hybrid role. They will work onsite at a client in Century City but will travel to the corporate office in Monterey Park as needed.
This is working onsite for their client. Will manager the project on site so needs to have good presentation to interact with the client. Also needs superintendent experience to manager the sub contractors that are doing the work. Needs to be able to do the paperwork piece so they need someone that has Project Engineer or Asst Project Manager background to be able to handle this piece. Someone that has strictly been a Superintendent would not have this background.
