Meet Chase Winters, one of our GIS Analysts!

When a customer hits a problem, Chase helps them figure out what’s going wrong, fixes it fast, and makes sure they know how to handle it next time. Behind the scenes, he keeps the network data our customers depend on accurate and reliable in the field. Thanks for everything you do, Chase.

1. What is your role at GEOGRAPH?
GIS Analyst

2. What’s been your proudest accomplishment at GEOGRAPH?
It’s a toss up between receiving the Presidents Award for my efforts on a year long project, or becoming the champion of our Masters fantasy golf league.

3. What was your first job?
Officially, joining the Army National Guard. Unofficially, working for my HS Wrestling Coach’s landscaping business.

4. What is the top song on your work playlist?

5. What’s your favorite dish or food?
Ribeye steak with sauteed mushrooms

We brought together customers from electric cooperatives, utilities, broadband providers, and engineering firms to talk openly about what they’re dealing with: the challenges slowing their teams down, the opportunities they see coming, and what they’ve learned along the way.

CrescentLink Web Experience 12.1.0 is out. This release adds compatibility with ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1, faster tracing, and bug fixes.

Review the ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 requirements in the release notes before updating and contact your account manager if you have any questions.

⚠️ This release does not include the Service Suite and WDM capabilities from CrescentLink for ArcGIS Pro Update 16. Those are coming to the Web Experience in a separate update in October.

This year’s tables covered circuit management, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, GEOGRAPH Academy, and a dedicated table with our customer experience team. Customers got real time with our team to work through their own network questions plus the chance to trade notes with peers facing similar challenges.
