Rich is a recruiting leader who loves connecting talented people with opportunities that can change the trajectory of their careers. He spends his days partnering with hiring leaders, building teams, and helping candidates find the right fit. What keeps him passionate about recruiting is that every conversation has the potential to open a new door for someone.

After four years working with HireRising as our Strategy Consultant, John is stepping into the COO role to lead the leaders of our Operations, Delivery, People, and Finance/Accounting functions.

With experience at high growth startups including Uber, Anomalie, and Resilience Lab, John brings a thoughtful approach to leadership, a passion for developing people, and a commitment to making HireRising stronger.

In this new role, he’ll focus on supporting our team, improving how we work, and helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and candidates. His approach reflects two of our core values that guide us at HireRising: “Relationships Matter” and “Lead with Gratitude.”
