You've probably noticed that TINY ARMY has been hibernating for most of the year.
Well, the reason is pretty simple; I (Daniel of Steam Crow) ran out of time to nurture/grow it, and give it the attention that it deserves.
We were active for a good 6 years, and for that I thank you!
I met a large portion of the local AZ creator community, and I like to egotistically believe that we might have even had something to do with many of you growing your art businesses.
:)
TINY ARMY did what it intended; a casual monthly meetup, where local creators could meet, share their knowledge, and help each other grow their art biz.

When we started the TINY ARMY, my business was much smaller.
We were doing 4-5 shows a year, and had maybe 1/10th of our current sales. I had time for community stuff like this. Now, we're on the road for a good portion of the year, and I need complete focus on our business, customers, and Scouts! (And taxes!)
We wanted to keep it rolling, but a hand-off required even more time that we just don't have.

I want to THANK YOU who attended, shared your knowledge, and helped build a stronger local creator community!
I also want to call out Kevin Hedgpeth who hosted us at the Phoenix Art Institute, Christy, Glen, Denny, Jerry, Gilead, Eric, and others who helped things continue, and to all of the other regulars who were kind enough to be a part of it. (There have been too many of you to list here, and as you know, I'm horrible with names.)

TINY ARMY is concluded, but that doesn't mean that our community is.
Share your knowledge. Resist the urge to poison the local scene with negativity. Appreciate what we have here.
THANK YOU!!!
