We had our annual July Boozin' Bash since we have so many July birthdays. Additionally, Independence Day... and not just the 4th of July, but the 250th.
This year was extra special. One of our co-founders, Bill Gelbaugh, is officially retired. After several decades of leadership, he'll spend his Autumn being a grandpa, husband, and dad.. his boardroom is now walks in the garden, his spreadsheets now contain bean recipes, and his calendar filled with whatever the heck he wants to do.

Talk about customer service Level 11...

We had a client that had a Bourbon on the Rock special edition pen from Karas Pen Co. and all of a sudden, it developed a very serious leak and since they are located in Mesa, AZ I personally stopped in and asked about the problem.

Not only did they diagnose, they supplied the wear item (normally just purchase and replace) and didn't charge for them. Did they have to do this gratis? Of course not. However, since they did I can tell you that the Outhouse (LLC) team will highly recommend them... even though we already did, even more so now.
..and remember, Karas pens are made in the USA... Mesa, AZ.
