Putting a real-world asset on a digital ledger is the easy part. Proving what's behind that token, and knowing what it's actually worth, is where the real work begins.

That’s why this matters.

Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its Method and System for Data Futures Platform patent application (U.S. Patent Application No. 17/441,847).

As tokenized securities gain regulatory attention, the infrastructure supporting asset valuation, verification and trusted data becomes increasingly important.
Datavault AI is developing technology designed to help address these challenges and support the evolving digital asset economy.

Yesterday, our team traded the office for a classroom. We were at Gideon Elementary School in Philadelphia, the city we call home, volunteering with the teachers and supporting a community food drive.

We made a donation to the school and spent the day alongside the staff and the families they support. It’s a small way to give back to our hometown.

Thank you to Gregory Wright for organizing the food drive, and to the teachers and staff at Gideon for welcoming us in.

If your organization is doing similar work in Philadelphia, we’d love to hear about it.

When a company is integrating new technology and scaling globally, who sits at the board table matters.

Our newest director, Jeffrey Tirman, has spent 35 years steering companies through their biggest turning points. Jeffrey has led complex cross-border deals, from public listings and acquisitions to refinancings, and today he's CEO of the Slovenian sporting goods maker Elan. Because he also served on the NYIAX board before our acquisition, he already knows our newest technology firsthand.

Just as important, he joins as a shareholder himself, which gives the board an owner's perspective as we keep growing. As our CEO Nathaniel T. Bradley put it, "Jeffrey has spent more than three decades working with companies through critical periods of transformation."

Welcome aboard, Jeffrey!

Mass tort cases can run for years, and funding them that long isn’t easy. Yesterday at Mass Torts Made Perfect, our CEO Nathaniel Bradley shared how tokenization could help.

Thank you to everyone who joined his presentation at the Bellagio, and to the Mass Torts Made Perfect team for having us. It’s the world’s largest biannual gathering of plaintiff mass tort attorneys, and the right room to start this conversation.

Our team is in Las Vegas through Thursday, meeting with attorneys, litigation funders, and legal partners.

If you’re here, send us a message and let’s find time to talk.

Analysts have more data than ever. The hard part is knowing which parts to trust.

That's the conversation we're having at AlphaSense's AlphaSummit in New York. Leaders in finance, market intelligence, and strategy are gathered this week working through the same problem: how to make sharper decisions when they can't always verify their information.

Datavault AI helps organizations verify where their data came from and measure what it's worth. When you trust the source, you can move faster.

Thank you to AlphaSense, Inc. for bringing this group together. If you're at the summit or want to connect after, send us a message. We'd love to hear what you're working on.

Our logo lit up Seoul's Namsan Tower during Korea Blockchain Week. As proud as we were of that view, we were prouder of the people who got us there.

From the keynote to the booth demos, everything attendees saw came from this team. They worked behind the scenes and on the ground to make it all look easy.

To everyone on the Datavault AI team who made Seoul happen: thank you. We're proud of you.

If we met you in Seoul, say hello in the comments. 🇰🇷

Cyber insurers price data risk without two key numbers. They don't know what the data is worth, or how well it's protected.

We're bringing both to the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Philadelphia this week. It's where underwriters, claims teams, breach lawyers, and brokers meet to figure out how to price and respond to cyber risk.

Here's how we help. Datavault AI measures and verifies what data is worth, so underwriters have a verifiable basis for setting limits and sizing losses. And because we store data on quantum-resistant infrastructure, off the public internet, brokers can point clients to a real control they can put in place before renewal.

Our team is in Philly through Wednesday. If you're there, send us a message and let's find time to talk.
