⚠️ Critical Nutanix Security Advisory (CVE-2026-31431): A newly disclosed high‑severity vulnerability could allow privilege escalation to root-level access putting unpatched Nutanix environments at serious risk. If exploited, even a low-privileged user or compromised container could bypass isolation and take control of the host.

For organizations running Nutanix, this isn’t one to delay as unpatched systems are at real risk:
✔️ Upgrade where possible
✔️ Nutanix mitigations if upgrades aren’t immediately feasible

🚨 Attention on-prem Microsoft Exchange Server admins: CVE-2026-42897 is being actively exploited. If a user opens a crafted email in OWA, an attacker may be able to run JavaScript within that session, creating risk for session hijacking, credential theft, and spoofing. Exchange Online is not affected.
