👋 Meet Alison Palmer - Inside Sales Operations for the Synergy Supply Division at ELA + Synergy!

Alison joined the team in April and has already made a significant impact, providing fresh perspective and helping improve processes, organization, and efficiency across the inside sales team.

Her career has taken her through several distinct focus areas in our industry. After beginning in retail leadership, Alison earned her degree in Business Administration from Cedar Crest College with concentrations in Marketing and Management, along with an HR Management certification. She later joined Lutron, working in both Commercial Customer Service and Inside Sales, before expanding her industry experience at Allied Wire & Cable.

Outside of work, Alison stays just as busy. She serves her community as an elected borough official, is an assistant soccer coach, and is even the co-owner of a handcrafted soda company!

We’re thrilled to have Alison on the team and look forward to realizing the continued impact she’ll make. Welcome, Alison!

👋 Meet Pat! Pat recently joined ELA + Synergy’s Supply Team in the Philly Metro territory as an Inside Salesperson, bringing decades of industry experience and knowledge with him.

Pat started his career with William B. Bleiman and Sons and has sold and supported nearly every type of electrical category since then. With his strong background in the industry, Pat is excited to continue growing and learning, all while supporting our customers and our team.

Pat lives in Warminster with his wife Karin, their two grandsons Kevin and Shane, and their dog Blue. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and jamming with his family.

We’re excited to have Pat on the team and look forward to all the experience and energy he brings to the group!

👋 Meet Christine! Christine joined ELA + Synergy’s Northern New Jersey team in September as a contractor sales lead, bringing decades of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge with her.

With nearly 20 years spent at Lutron Electronics, Christine built an incredibly well-rounded career across commercial projects, leadership, and global training. She started as an estimator and quickly advanced into roles leading teams, managing major hospitality projects (including work in Las Vegas), and helping shape internal processes still used today.

Christine also played a key role in developing Lutron’s pre-construction and rep-managed programs, traveling regionally and internationally to lead, train, and support various teams. She later became one of the first Regional Managers overseeing both Project Management and Field Service, before moving into a Global Account Manager role supporting strategic accounts.

After time in Dallas on the rep side helping grow Lutron’s business through training and project support, she returned to the Northeast, where she continues to bring her deep technical expertise to contractors and customers across the region as a member of ELA + Synergy’s team in Northern New Jersey.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking, reading (usually more than one book at a time), traveling, and spending time with her family.

💼 We’re all kids at heart on Bring Your Child to Work Day! Last Thursday, our youngest ELAS team members clocked in for a day of hard work. We talked shop, designed logos, toured the warehouse, played LOTS of ping pong, and closed out with a very well-earned pizza party. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us and participated in such a fun and memorable day for all involved.

👋 Meet Jeff! Jeff Pierce joined ELA + Synergy in September as a Lutron Program Manager calling on distributors across the New York Metro territory. Jeff has worked on behalf of Lutron for over thirteen years in his previous role as a manufacturer’s representative. A graduate of Westfield State University with a BS in Psychology, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, tackling DIY projects at home, golfing, cars, and collecting sneakers.
