Recon tools are usually built for the sales side to get cars to the frontline, fast. And service and sales almost always butt heads over recon: who controls the queue, how fast it moves, who’s accountable for the holdup.

So this one means even more coming from Jesse, a service manager at a Kia store. He and his team use Cartuul to move used-car work through every step. Inspection, parts quote, manager approvals, parts ordering, and service work. Quick and clean. That’s what’s getting his team out of the usual back-and-forth.
