He keep things moving by coordinating parts, shipping, receiving, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. What he enjoys most is that every day brings a new challenge and something new to learn.

Outside of work, he's a longtime aviation enthusiast with years of experience working at airports, and a surprising talent for airport codes (seriously, don’t quiz him unless you’re ready).

Meet Mark, a Controls Engineer who started with WEM back in May!

He spends his days working on asphalt projects by handling PLC work, hardware specifications, and HMI design to keep systems running smooth and smart. What he's noticed most so far? It’s not just engineering here, it’s everyone jumping in to help wherever needed, no matter the job title.

Outside of work, he is either experimenting with weird recipes he found online or testing his willpower in the grocery aisle (results vary). And back in the day? Let’s just say Fortnite builders feared him.

Meet Emmanuel, a Field Service Technician who recently joined the WEM team.

Emmanuel is from Virginia and joined the U.S. Coast Guard when he was 17. His role takes him on the road to support customer installations, software optimizations, and troubleshooting. What he enjoys most is working with a talented, diverse team and helping customers solve complex challenges.

Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking and turn-based strategy games on Xbox.
