This gentleman volunteers at the gym in St Francis. He watched me and our paths crossed while I was doing pulmonary rehab. I finished my rehab and St Francis gave me a month membership as a reward, very nice. He stopped me and we talked. He was happy to see I decided to join the gym. I won’t tell you his age but let’s just say I’ll be very lucky to reach that age. This gentleman lit a fire under my butt. He said he will push me. His words and actions have had a great impact on my life. I share this story because you never know what kind of impact you may have on someone’s life, to make them better. I just hope there are people I have impacted over the years to make their lives better. This world needs uplifting stories. Have a great weekend. I’ll be back at the gym Monday.
