A year ago I could barely walk and then I had a hip surgery that changed me for the better! New self, new out look, new mind set.

Not only is Raymond Scott a painter, photographer, graphic designer, and art director, but just over a year ago he co-founded the community arts organization Perry County Creative Arts.
