**Network Update – July 25, 2:00 PM**

This is a follow-up to last night's update regarding the ongoing network attacks affecting our services.

Our team continues working around the clock with our upstream providers to mitigate the attacks and restore all services as quickly and safely as possible. We remain on alternate network routing to keep internet service available for the vast majority of customers while mitigation efforts continue.

**Current Status:**
🟢 Most customers should continue to have internet access.
⚠️ Customer VoIP phone service and our office phone system remain unavailable.
⚠️ Customers with Static IP services will continue to be unable to access their assigned Static IP addresses while we operate on alternate routing.
⚠️ Customers may experience slower speeds or intermittent performance as mitigation efforts continue.

**Customer Data Update:**
These attacks continue to target our network infrastructure and service availability—not customer data. At this time, we have **no indication that any customer information or data has been compromised.**

We know this outage has been frustrating, especially for customers relying on phone or Static IP services. We appreciate your continued patience as our engineers work to restore full service while maintaining network stability.

We'll continue providing updates as significant progress is made or when all services have been fully restored.
