🚨 **COMMUNITY ALERT: IMPORTANT TDS EMAIL CHANGES & SCAM WARNING!** 🚨

We've been receiving a LOT of calls at Geek2Go regarding the upcoming changes to TDS email accounts, and we want to make sure our customers and local community are informed and protected!

** ⚠️ Please share this post with friends, family, neighbors, and especially those who may not be aware of these changes!**

📧 **WHAT'S HAPPENING?**

TDS Telecom is discontinuing its email service effective **October 31, 2026.**

Customers who use a TDS-provided email address, including .net, .com, .com, and others, are affected.

TDS has partnered with a company called **Everymail**, which offers customers the option to keep their existing email address for **$30/year (or $3/month).**

⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** The original enrollment deadline was September 30, 2026, and TDS currently lists the subscription window as closed. Customers who haven't enrolled should contact TDS or Everymail to find out what options may still be available.

🚨 **BEWARE OF PHISHING EMAILS & SCAMS!**

Unfortunately, scammers are taking advantage of this transition!

We're seeing concerns about emails impersonating TDS or Everymail, directing customers to FAKE login pages designed to steal email passwords and personal information.

**PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL!**

✅ Don't click login links in unexpected emails, even if they appear to come from TDS.

✅ Never enter your email password or payment information on a website you haven't verified.

✅ Be suspicious of urgent messages threatening immediate account deletion or demanding payment.

✅ Visit the official TDS website directly instead of following email links.

✅ When in doubt, ASK before you CLICK!
