Peoria IT is looking for a focused MSP Technician to join our staff! Here is a little bit about what we are looking for:

Self-motivated with the ability to confidently investigate issues on your own and comfortable asking questions when you’re stuck.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Willingness to learn and expand on what you already know.

Comfortable working on-site at out client locations as well as remotely.

Willing to pinch in outside of the MSP scope of work as needed.

Must maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.

Basic understanding of routing/switching/DNS and network interconnectivity.

High level of experience troubleshooting PC networks, workstations, printers, and other computer related technologies.

Basic knowledge of Windows file security permissions.

Cabling experience is a plus.

Previous knowledge of Hypervisors and VMs/Containers is a plus.

Previous experience with RMM tools is a plus.

Web design/WordPress/web application development experience is a plus.
