As a small Audio/Video company, we hear far too many stories from customers who have had frustrating experiences with some of the big-box providers.
What is most unfortunate is the lack of transparency. Delays happen, schedules change, and issues arise—that's understandable. What customers deserve, however, is honest communication and realistic expectations. Instead, many are left waiting, rescheduled multiple times, or given information that simply isn't accurate.
Over the years, we've been called in to correct countless issues from these "completed" installations. The saddest part with a big box company is that many customers don't know what to expect, so they trust that everything was done properly when it often wasn't.
