"Our family created “Team Sophie” when Sophie was just an infant and was diagnosed with a rare disease called Alagille Syndrome. We have participated in the yearly fundraiser for over 10 years and have raised over $100,000 for the Alagille Syndrome Alliance", said Kristine Loomer. The fundraiser funds ALGS programs and development opportunities for ALGS families around the world. Programs include financial assistance, educational resources, disease awareness, and travel scholarships. Opportunities include connecting families to scientific and research projects.
