The same space. A completely different experience.

Before: Inconsistent signage across departments. Visitors asking staff for directions every few minutes. No unified visual identity across the building.

After: A cohesive wayfinding system — from the parking structure to every interior decision point. ADA-compliant throughout. Branded to the building's architecture.

This is what we mean when we say we're a project partner, not a vendor.
We're not just fulfilling a spec sheet. We're helping you build an environment that works.

ADA-compliant signage sounds straightforward until you're mid-project and someone flags an issue.

The requirements touch more than most people expect: Braille placement, tactile lettering height, mounting height from the floor, contrast ratios, door clearance, room identification requirements. And that's before you layer in state-specific codes that go beyond the federal minimum.

In 2026, enforcement isn't easing up, and neither is the liability when a building fails inspection or a tenant files a complaint.

The most common mistakes we see? Signs mounted outside the required 48–60 inch range. Missing Grade 2 Braille. Contrast ratios that don't pass under actual lighting conditions (not just what looked fine on the design file).

We don't just make signs that look right. We make sure they are right.

Large-scale environments — airports, university campuses, mixed-use developments, medical centers — have outgrown static-only signage systems.

Not because static signs don't work. They do. But because the complexity of these spaces, the diversity of the visitor population, and the real-time nature of operations require a layered approach.

Digital wayfinding kiosks and directories handle real-time updates — gate changes, room reassignments, event schedules. QR and NFC-integrated static signs let visitors pull detailed directions to their phone without touching a screen. The two systems work together, not instead of each other.

We help clients plan sign systems that integrate static and digital wayfinding from the beginning — not as an afterthought when the static-only system stops solving the problem.

If your next project involves a large or complex public environment, this conversation is worth having early.

Planning a large-scale environment? Let's map out your wayfinding strategy together.

Here's how a commercial signage project moves from concept to completion with us.

Discovery — We review your plans, specs, and site conditions. We ask the questions that affect every decision downstream.

Design — We develop a sign type schedule, layouts, and material recommendations based on your environment and brand standards.

Permitting — We manage permit applications and municipal coordination so your timeline stays intact.

Production — Every sign is fabricated to spec — material, finish, dimensional tolerance.

Installation — Our crews handle the install, coordinated with your construction schedule.

Closeout — Punch list, final walkthrough, as-builts if needed.

No hand-offs to a third party. No surprises at the finish line.

Starting a project? Let's begin the right way. Reach out to schedule a discovery call.

There's a reason high-end commercial developments, corporate lobbies, and luxury hospitality projects are moving toward dimensional lettering, textured surfaces, and tactile elements, it communicates permanence, quality, and craft in a way that a printed flat panel simply can't.

And beyond aesthetics: dimensional and tactile elements are a core requirement for ADA-compliant interior room identification signage.

Raised characters, Grade 2 Braille, and contrast, done right, are as much a compliance function as they are a design choice.

Flat signs are everywhere. Dimensional signs are remembered.

We fabricate dimensional signage in metal, acrylic, HDU, and composite materials. If your next project has a lobby, entrance feature, or branded wall that needs to do real work — visually and functionally — we'd love to show you what's possible.

A vendor takes your order.

A partner asks questions you hadn't thought to ask yet.

Things like:
What's the pedestrian flow pattern in this space?
Have you accounted for ADA requirements in the door clearance on that wall?
What happens to this sign system when the tenant turns over in five years?

We've worked with enough general contractors, developers, and facility managers to know that the signage conversation usually starts too late and with too little information.

By the time we're brought in, decisions have already been made that affect what's possible.

The best projects we've been part of started with a planning conversation, not a quote request.

If you have something in development, even in early stages, that's the right time to have us at the table.

Let's talk before the plans are final. Reach out to schedule a consultation. 100percentsigns.com (link in bio)

The lowest bid rarely wins in the end.

We've been called in to rescue signage projects that were awarded to someone else... jobs where signs were installed incorrectly, failed ADA inspection, or had to be torn out entirely before a building could open.

Every time, the conversation starts the same way: "We thought we were saving money."

Here's what never appears in the original quote:
The cost of a failed city inspection. The cost of pulling permits twice. The cost of shutting down a corridor during a reinstall. The cost of delaying a grand opening.

Large-scale signage isn't a line item to cut. It's a system that either works on day one — or costs you on day two.

If you're in the planning stages of a commercial project, ask your signage contractor the hard questions before you sign anything. We're always happy to be one of them.

Questions about your project? Let's talk.

In healthcare facilities, bad wayfinding doesn't just frustrate patients.

It delays care.

A patient who can't find the imaging center, a family who circles the parking structure twice, a vendor who misses a loading dock... these aren't inconveniences.

They're operational failures that cost facilities time and money, and in some cases, affect patient outcomes.

Effective wayfinding in a hospital or medical campus isn't about having nice signs.

It's about a system... consistent nomenclature, logical flow, proper placement at every decision point, ADA compliance at every turn, and materials that hold up under high-traffic institutional use.

If you're planning a new facility, a renovation, or an expansion, the wayfinding conversation should start at the design phase, not the punch list.

It might be spring break around here… but across the country, our team is still out there getting it done.

While some are slowing down, we’ve got guys on-site, reviewing plans, installing, problem-solving... making sure every project keeps moving forward just like it should.

That’s the part people don’t always see.
The early mornings. The travel. The attention to detail. The pride in doing the job right.

Because at the end of the day, our clients are counting on us... and that doesn’t take a week off.

Really proud of the team putting in the work and representing what 100% Signs is all about. 💯
