Here is a special moment from our annual company meeting: recognizing our founder, David Gravel, with the Action Jackson Award. Every year, we present this award in memory of Bill Jackson, GraVoc’s first full-time employee, whose compassion, dedication, and commitment continue to inspire us today.

Dave has lived those values throughout his journey as founder, leader, and mentor at GraVoc. No job was ever too small and no problem too big for him, and he has always stood up for his team, clients, and community.

As he prepares for retirement and GraVoc begins its next chapter, we are grateful for Dave’s leadership and vision! We look forward to building on the foundation he created, with the same compassion and dedication that he has shown to our team and community. ❤️

“How do I make my Shopify store look premium?”

Last week, the whole GraVoc team got together for our annual company meeting. During his presentation, our President, Nate Gravel, shared several ideas from Simon Sinek’s Together Is Better, and one quote stuck with us:

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

It felt great to step back, look at how far we have come, and hear where we are headed next. Hearing from every department, learning from our coworkers about AI and change management, getting competitive at the GraVoc Games, and catching up over dinner reminded us how much great work happens together.

It’s been a year of big change at GraVoc. Through it all, our culture of teamwork and trust hasn't changed. That culture brought us this far, and it’s what will carry us forward! 💪

The annual hockey tournament brings together players, sponsors, and supporters to raise funds and awareness for people living with paralysis and those who support them.
