One of our clients, Alaska Commercial Company provides groceries and general merchandise to residents across rural Alaska. Shopping in Alaska is unique, as customers can geographically live far away from store locations and in remote areas, receiving their deliveries via bush plane.

CitrusBits developed a comprehensive digital ordering platform for Alaska Commercial to allow local customers to easily place orders online. The platform includes local store discounts, provides for bush plane delivery, and even works with low bandwidth connections which rural Alaskans sometimes face. By investing in their web app for online ordering, Alaska Commercial are giving their customers more flexibility while addressing the unique challenges that Alaskans experience.

UX Wireframing is a critical part of CitrusBits' design process, where we focus on how a product works and functions rather than how it looks (that comes later in the UI). Our designers create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to layout the key structures, content, and user experiences for how a digital product will work.
