Fake-friend scams don't always start with a suspicious link or obvious sales pitch. Sometimes they start with a perfectly normal conversation.

The red flag comes later. When your new online “friend” suddenly has an investment opportunity, crypto tip or unfamiliar platform they think you just HAVE to try. 🚩

Be friendly. Be skeptical. And don't let a stranger's charm rush you into sending money.
