Leading publicly traded client is hiring a Senior Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with at least 3+ years of experience who is looking to grow within a stable and growing organization. Experience in public accounting or financial reporting desired.

Responsibilities:
The Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting will be instrumental in the external reporting process, including assisting with the preparation of various reports filed with the SEC. Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce timely and accurate reports in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Assist with the preparation of various reports to be filed with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K (earnings press releases), proxy statements and other filing documents. Prepare supporting schedules, documentation, and analyses to support the financial statements, footnotes and MD&A disclosures. Work with external auditors in conjunction with the annual year-end audit and interim reviews. Duties And Ad Hoc Projects. Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Audit Committee and Disclosure Committee. Prepare documentation and facilitate testing of internal controls surrounding the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Continuously assess financial reporting processes for process improvements. Prepare reports/analyses and participate in other projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably at a public accounting firm or a publicly traded company. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge SEC reporting.

Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development

One of our clients within he Biotech/Pharma industry, is searching for an Executive Medical Director in Clinical Development in the Oncology space (myeloma disease area). They are seeking someone with experience in development and oversight of cell therapy programs, collaboration with external partners to support evaluation opportunities for expanding the clinical development program to where you will lead a portfolio of clinical trial programs in cell therapy clinical development. This position will have a team of direct reports.

Daily responsibilities include the following:
Lead the development, implementation, and ex*****on of the clinical development strategy, which will include development of the Target Product Profile and Clinical Development Plan. Design, conduct, evaluation, close out and reporting of clinical trials across the portfolio. Leadership or oversight responsibilities include, study or investigator documentation, contributions to data analysis plans, study reporting, and clinical development inputs into regulatory documentation, publications, and scientific presentations. Lead, oversee and directs development of the Target Product Profile and Clinical Development Plan for assigned molecules & products. Work with cross functional leaders and teams to develop, implement and oversee the clinical development strategy for the assigned molecules & products. Leads directs clinical trial protocol design and clinical study reporting for assigned molecules & products. Represents the assigned products in cross functional steering and governance committees. Required:
MD/DO and 7+ years of clinical, scientific or drug development experience in the biopharma industry, healthcare, consulting, academia, or a related environment. Board certification in hematology or medical oncology is preferred, familiar with clinical oncology. MUST HAVE experience within the Biotech/Pharma industry that includes submissions and phase II-III late development studies. MUST HAVE current Oncology experience, multiple myeloma disease and cellular therapy is strongly preferred. Extensive experience leading high complex cross functional drug development strategies and plans in life sciences. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ line management (direct reports) experience. Senior Medical Science Liaison

Biotech company looking for Sr. MSL to be part of a Field-based medical team, reporting to the Director of Medical Science Liaisons. The rare disease/oncology focused MSL develops on-going professional relationships with national and regional healthcare opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals in the hospital, institutional or clinical setting to provide medical and scientific support for company initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with top hospital-based clinicians and researchers to understand scientific needs and gather insights that support company strategies. Clinical Support: The MSL provides crucial, evidence-based data, and shares up-to-date treatment guidelines with hospital staff. Develop and maintain scientific, clinical, and technical expertise in rare disease and uro-oncology portfolio through ongoing training and self-education, including attendance at relevant conferences, scientific workshops, and review of key publications and resources. Qualifications:
Advanced clinical/science degree or professional credentials required (MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, RN). 3-5+ years of experience in the biotech, start up or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs, with 3+ years’ MSL experience and working with internal cross-functional teams. Oncology and rare disease experience are required. Must have experience in a hospital, institutional or clinical/pharmacy setting.
