Aim for a colony on the dark side of the moon before colonizing Mars. We Earthlings never get to see it and hell, if nothing else, like your first failed Falcon heavy attempts, possible rescue is closer to home. If you can successfully do that, then aim for your first attempt failures a few years apart with Mars.

So, either slugs move WAY faster than my original concept, or I have many more Bog friends than I originally thought. That pic is on my siding about 4 feet of the ground. My front steps are 15 feet away from them. Half an hour later, there's one on my steps when I took Luna out, Strange Magic indeed and I am now the Bog King.

Enough is enough. I mostly avoid political posts, however I hope this seed goes viral...



I am a hard working nobody. I'm 56. Fairly experienced and slightly smarter than the average bear. A lifetime registered Republican who will vote my beliefs in November against the current party allegiance to the most destructive narrative I could never have imagined. Just as I did in 2020 after the 1st 4 years of an globally embarrassing, degrading MAGA/Trump administration.

All this posturing by MAGA/Trump over "weaponizing" the Justice Department for bringing charges against him to be decided in court, when he on the other hand has weaponized the highest level of the Justice Department, namely the Supreme Court.

Their politically motivated, abhorrent decisions and overturning of debated, established doctrine and prior decree by the very same body they now hold positions. Positions only endowed by Presidential LIFETIME appointments stacked to benefit a narrow party/cultivate personality ideology and not the will of the People they have sworn to serve. Double standards invoked to block Merrick Garland's appointment but pushed through Coney Barrett. Sickening and needs to end.

The final straw for me, was SCOTUS' party divided decision on Presidential immunity. The 3 branch system was developed for checks and balances. Transparency was the goal, not provisions for covert or nefarious activities. In no reality can the Founding Fathers, nor any proponents/enactors of any of the adjacent Bill of Rights amendments have imagined that one branch of their 3 tiered checks and balances system be so ultimately empowered as the current morally bankrupt right wing SCOTUS members, that their power cannot be challenged, nor seemingly overturned if a minority party, Republicans, no matter how narrowly, maintains power in one of the legislative branches, Congress.
