The “Back on the Horsey” Burger
This week’s burger starts on a toasted potato bun topped with crunchy pickles, house made tangy red sauce and deep-fried breaded cheese curds. Next, we add a 1/3lb brisket/short rib/chuck patty from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch (or Impossible Burger). We finish it with more shaved beef and house made miso maple horsey sauce. Served with chips and slaw. Pair it with a draft for just $4 more!
