⚠️ Microsoft 365 pricing changed on July 1, 2026. Here's the plain-English version.
You don't need to track every Microsoft memo — you need to know how this hits your bill:
- New pricing applies to new and renewing customers. If you're an existing customer, you stay on your current rate until your first renewal after July 1.
- Microsoft is now bundling features that used to cost extra — like Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 and expanded Copilot capabilities. You may be getting more without realizing it.
- Automatic volume discounts under Enterprise Agreements also went away back on Nov 1, 2025.
Here's where we come in. As your IT team, we handle the parts that actually save you money:
✅ Auditing your license usage and dropping seats nobody touches — every idle license is money gone.
✅ Re-running the Business Standard vs. Premium math now that the value gap has shifted.
✅ Timing your renewal, including whether locking current rates early makes sense.
Studies show most companies waste 30%+ of their license spend. For a small business, that's real money — and it's exactly the kind of thing we take off your plate.
