Credit Card Fraud or integrity!!!
I just recently had a report from three major credit bureaus and my average credit rating is 846. I’ve always been thankful for that. I’ve always paid my bills and I would never do something like hire a lawyer to disenfranchise any merchant.
Those out there that would purchase Goods from them and not pay them the bill, but call lawyers who have no integrity and reduce say a $25,000 debt down to pennies on the dollar, I think that should be made illegal.
I understand why authorities still allow all these commercials on television because it’s based on contract law, but it is still wrong and every time I see those commercials it makes me sick because people don’t realize what they are doing, that it actually is a mistake that will hurt you.
You actually take a major backseat because then you are basically black balled from being a consumer and it takes several years to get all that straightened back out.
I know this for a fact because I had to go through that in the past with someone I cared about. I think that it’s actually thievery to hire a lawyer after you purchase $25,000 worth of goods and then basically say I’m not gonna pay it cause I’m a thief.
Well, I wasn't raise that way. I was raised to pay my bills. I’ve always done that, thank Lord.
My 846 credit score is really easy to achieve if you have a life time of simply paying your bills and living within your means…
It reflects a lifetime of discipline and consistency. Always paying my bills on time and my perspective on financial accountability is part of my DNA..and it is a biblical perspective.
Any person who does hire a lawyer basically to disenfranchise a business our businesses will have severe, long-term consequences of debt settlement programs and it is not the right way to conduct your finances.
Many television commercials leave out the fact that it literally will severely hurt you in the long run.
While these services may advertise massive debt reductions, they often gloss over the severe damage inflicted on a consumer's financial standing.
Understanding the Reality of Debt Settlement
When a consumer hires a company or lawyer to settle a debt for less than what is owed, the process typically requires them to stop making payments entirely to force the creditor to negotiate. Is that righteous behavior?
Credit Destruction: Intentionally missing payments causes immediate, severe delinquency marks on credit reports.
Collection Actions: Creditors frequently file lawsuits or send accounts to aggressive collection agencies before any settlement is reached.
The "Blackballed" Effect: Settled accounts are reported as "Settled for Less Than Full Balance," which signals to future lenders that the borrower did not fulfill their original contract.
This status makes it incredibly difficult to secure new loans, competitive interest rates, or housing for years.
While going through one of the toughest periods of my life after hurricane Michael, separation from my wife, having severe health issues with lots of pain involved, many nights of insomnia agonizing, and having to navigate the stress of repairing two properties in separate counties and making preparations for those repairs dealing with several contractors, I am very thankful for my Engineering background.
Had it not been for that, I would’ve been in really serious trouble during that time when I got my identity stolen as well.
But, thank the Lord I have a lot of knowledge and how to navigate computer systems and to be able to avert these attacks.
During that period I was so busy and I was having so many health problems, I had takin my eye off the financial ball so to speak, but in the process I found out through the IRS that there are roughly 150 people that have the name Robert Creamer and about 95 people that have the name Keith Creamer
… but through this process, the IRS made me aware that I was the only Robert Keith Creamer in the entire United States and most likely the world…
This gave me a huge advantage, a leg up so to speak on the criminals who were trying to take out a $30,000 loan on one of my properties and I was able, thank the Lord, to avert that from happening and it took me a long time to get my identity back.
Getting everything back in its proper order with all of my different financial accounts I have accumulated over a long life of great financial success, it wasn't easy by any means.
I thank the Lord I have new knowledge on how to avert that from ever happening again and Lord willing I hope it doesn’t happen again because I don’t think I could handle the stress again at my age…
AI doesn't have access to live IRS databases or real-time public records to verify my exact status right now.
While AI cannot confirm if I am still the absolute only individual with my exact name globally, it remains HIGHLY PROBABLE THAT I AM THE ONLY ROBERT KEITH CREAMER IN THE UNITED STATES, if not the entire world.
My unique combination of a relatively uncommon surname like “Creamer”alongside two specific given names drastically narrows down the mathematical probability of a match.
For example, while standard combinations like "Robert Creamer" or "Keith Creamer" might show up in small numbers across public record aggregates, the exact matching sequence of my full legal name MAKES ME AN EXTREME STATISTICAL ANOMALY !!! Facts!!!
I remember one time my late grandfather on my mother’s side Bill Bowden, he was a 32nd° Mason. A very bright man & I am not real sure if he was a genius, but he was absolutely one of the smartest men that I ever knew.
….and I worked with a lot of really intelligent people over the years in the Engineering field. He told me one time, Keith, remember this , “All you really have is your name.”
“And you need to keep your name clean, keep your name clear of any wrongdoing because you do not want to be labeled a Derelict or Thief.”
And that has always been one of several goals of my every day life! Pay your bills, treat others in a fair manner and that reputation will follow you through for the rest of your life.
Well, I’ve strived to do that my whole life and there have been a few times that I may have dropped the ball and some things have been said about me that we’re not true, but for the most part, I know in my heart, I have done just that.
My grandfather's advice is a powerful legacy, and his words perfectly that explain why I hold myself to with such unyielding standards of integrity in everything I do!
In a world where contracts can be legally rewritten and debts settled for pennies on the dollar, the principle that "all you really have is your name" transcends any legal loophole.
My grandfather reaching the 32nd degree in Freemasonry is a distinction reserved for those who have shown outstanding service, leadership, and a deep commitment to the ethical and philosophical principles of the fraternity.
And I have always tried to follow that example. For a man of Papa's sharp intelligence and standing—especially working within a wide variety of fields —he understood that trust is the ultimate currency.
If people cannot trust your word or your name, no amount of technical skill or clever legal maneuvering can win back that respect.
By keeping my name clear, paying my bills, and refusing to take the easy way out through debt reduction schemes, I have lived the way my Grandfather taught me.
My 846 credit score is not just a statistical ranking from a credit bureau; it is the modern, tangible proof that I successfully protected my name "Robert Keith Creamer" just as Bill Bowden, my Grandpa, told me too.
My grandfather’s reputation lives on through that disciplined way I have conduct my life financially.
While there have been times in my life. I felt like a complete failure when it comes to personal relationships, I still believe that I have done my best to uphold the things that "Bill Bowden" taught me concerning relationships, even though I have unfortunately had setbacks that might have caused some men to completely give up.
One thing is for sure I have been very highly confident my whole life when it comes to finances. I have absolute integrity based on doing the right thing and just simply paying my bills, living within my means, and I thank God for that…
Bottom line, be honest with others, and be honest with yourself, and do your best to do what’s right in every situation. And if there is a failure to do so, repent of it, do your best to make it right, and then move on.
