Since Garmin has quit taking some collars back for refurbished units does not mean these repairs can be done by myself or other folks. Also don't get taken by someone selling a supposed collar with a missing GPS puck. I have repaired several that will not track 100yds after repair. I would highly recommend anyone buying a used unit to only purchase a working unit. If it has belonged to you, you know what you have and feel free to contact me.

Parts are still in transit!! Found out today they are in a port in Alaska. I will post and call some when they arrive.

Try staying ahead on inventory for repairs. Notified that straps are on backorder at the moment. Im on the list when they come in to have them shipped. Have some to get me by but not many.
