My name is Daniel and I work as a level 1 IT Technician. I have been working in IT since 2012. I started as a student worker at my college while earning my bachelor's degree in Technology Management. I graduated in 2016 and have been working professionally since then. With that, I have been working in IT for almost 10 years now. I have experience with frontline technical support, like PC repair and troubleshooting, and basic network management. I also have experience in administration with various systems such as Active Directory, Phone administration, and Dell Wyse thin-client management, to name a few.
