We are seeking a Help Desk IT Support to join our team! You will take incoming support requests and assign tickets to appropriate staff. Marketing/Social Media skills are recommended but not required.
Responsibilities:
Be accessible Monday - Friday 9a-5p either by phone or email. Very rarely will you have to do on-sites until you reach a higher level.
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically if possible. If you don't have much technical experience, not an issue, assign the ticket to us and proceed to other duties.
Organizing filing systems, finding solutions to disorganization
Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT (recommended/not required), customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Multi-tasking
Organization (VERY IMPORTANT)
Discretion
