Applied Systems, a leading technology platform in insurance has partnered with Sonant as the first voice AI Applied Certified Integration Vendor.
Historically, integrating with Applied Epic was a tough process - agencies and brokerages needed to purchase separate API or SDK licenses just to connect.
From now on with Sonant, they don't.
