UPDATE WE ARE BACK ONLINE!

We are currently experiencing a service outage due to a significant power outage caused by a transformer explosion.
This extended outage has depleted all of our backup battery systems. At this time, service restoration is dependent on power being restored by Duke Energy. We anticipate our services will be restored at or before the time commercial power is reestablished.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please know our team is actively monitoring the situation and will restore service as quickly as possible.

Outernet Broadband Update

We currently have an intense storm front moving through the area. The heavy rain is causing signal fade on some of our wireless links, which may result in temporary outages for some customers.

Once the storm passes, our team will assess the network and address any remaining outages as quickly as possible.
