I recently purchased a Diversitech DDS‑60U 60 Amp 2‑Pole 240V AC Pullout/Disconnect from S & S Electrical Supply, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The transaction was incredibly easy — just a quick phone call — and they had exactly what I needed. I required the product the same day, and although it was stocked in their Palmetto warehouse, Paul went above and beyond. Since I’m located in Tampa and they also have a Tampa location, he personally arranged to bring the disconnect over to Tampa so I could pick it up locally. That saved me a significant amount of time and hassle, and I truly appreciated the extra effort.
The price was excellent, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. It’s rare to find a supplier willing to go out of their way to help a customer on short notice, but S & S delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
