We bring products and solutions to the real market, not the flea market.🤘😎 First week of November we are heading back to Las Vegas for the 2026 AAPEX & SEMA Show to exhibit our both for these new BOSON Lighting Products I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring to the market.

That’s what we do.

While everyone sees the finished product sitting on a retail shelf, they rarely see the thousands of hours of design, engineering, prototyping, testing, revisions, and problem solving that happen behind the scenes.

Lately we’ve been deep in CAD development, engineering retail packaging, creating custom injection mold concepts, and running our 3D printer farm around the clock to develop an entirely new cargo management program that will soon be hitting major big box retailers and club stores across the country.

This is what gets us excited. Taking an idea that exists only in someone’s head and transforming it into a physical product that thousands of people will eventually pick up off a retail shelf.

Threaded Merch has grown far beyond screen printing. Today we’re a full-service product development studio helping brands with industrial design, CAD modeling, packaging design, custom dielines, rapid prototyping, product photography, retail presentations, manufacturing support, and preparing products for retail distribution.

🤘THE HIGH COST OF COMPETENCE IS…

That hits HARD when you’re building brands and creating products.

At Threaded Merch 🏬, since 2005 (we are at 2026 now, crazy) we don’t just slap a logo on a shirt and call it merch. We’re constantly pushing the creative process further. Better concepts. Better artwork. Better garments. Better inks. Better print techniques. Better packaging. Better presentation.

What’s up, Threadsters! We’re ink slinging a few hundred RAD work shirts for one of our newer clients, Mr. Sparky Electric, and getting these company threads ready to make their way out to Lincolnshire, Illinois!

We’re talking Next Level super-soft CVC shirts, a killer 3-color design, full-back prints, front left chest hits AND right sleeve prints. This one requires tight registration, precise placement, and a little halftone magic to get that Canary Yellow in the logo to bleed out just right! 👊

We’re mixing up 3 colors of Wilflex ink: Red, Black & Canary Yellow, laying it all down over a soft-hand base to give these prints that extra-soft feel we’re known for.

Round and round they go on our Workhorse Automatic, dialing in the details and keeping that quality locked in across a few hundred pieces.

Another RAD one out the door! 🔥

Knocked out this merch run for Anytime Fitness over in Cary, North Carolina.

We went with the super soft Bella+Canvas 3001 tees and did it the RIGHT way. Water based discharge underbase to keep that print crazy soft, then hit it with a soft hand bright white and purple to really make the artwork pop.

This is why I’m always talking about the difference between just putting ink on a shirt and actually PRINTING a quality piece of merch.

Then we finished the whole order with the Threaded Merch white-glove treatment.

Every single shirt individually folded, polybagged and size-stickered so these guys can grab a bag and distribute them without having to sort through a pile of shirts.

Packed it all up, loaded it out and shipped the whole order via UPS from Palmdale, CA straight to Cary, NC. 📦

That’s what we rock 🎸 over here since 2005!

4 AM FRIDAY. WHILE THEY’RE SLEEPING, WE’RE QUIETLY BUILDING. 🧱🧱🧱

Started the morning at the shop knocking out some Rad screen printed merch. Print it. Pack it. Clean up. Grab some coffee. Then switch gears.

Because this isn’t just a screen printing shop.

I’m simultaneously developing brand-new physical products for Big Box & Club Stores.

Tools. Flashlights. Automotive. Overlanding. Cargo management accessories. Products designed from scratch and built for the real retail market.

Ideas become 3D CADs. CADs become prototypes. Then multiple 3D printed samples, R&D testing, engineering changes, packaging, manufacturing and countless meetings with our offshore manufacturing partners to turn those ideas into products that actually land on retail shelves.

And while all of THAT is happening…

I’m still running a creative merch & design studio. 🏬

Screen printing. Branding. Packaging. Merch. Product design. Creative direction.

Two completely different worlds. One crazy schedule.

Today I’ll go from running a press at 4 AM to heading to our manufacturing & distribution warehouse in Valencia to check incoming pallets of products I CREATED.

Then shoot product photos, grab samples and get ready to pitch another Big Box retailer.

THIS is what building looks like.

Not talking about it.

Not dreaming about it.

BUILDING IT.

From an idea → CAD → prototype → R&D → manufacturing → pallet → retail shelf.

It’s been a CRAZY busy summer, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m blessed to be able to create, manufacture, import, distribute and bring products to the real market while continuing to do what I love in the creative world.

WE’RE GOING OFF GRID. ☀️⚡️

While everyone else was sleeping in Saturday morning, I was at the shop installing STAGE ONE of our fully off-grid solar system.

Because around here, we don’t just talk about independence.

WE BUILD IT, EASY WORK. 🤘😎⚡️

STAGE ONE:

☀️ 10 × 550W solar panels
⚡️ 5.5 kW peak generation / 25 kW daily solar harvest

🔋 8 × 5,000Wh 48v 100 Ah batteries mounted on two independent battery racks to make 🔋 40 kWh total storage

⚡️ 5 × 5 kW power stations with built in AC inverters to divide the power to the transfer switch before the panel
⚡️ 25 kW total AC output

I’m using five independent 5 kW power stations to divide the shop’s electrical loads across multiple circuits, with two 20 kWh battery racks acting as our reserve.

I learned a lot building my smaller off-grid system at home, so this setup is designed to scale.

The power stations have built-in AC inverters, solar regulators and MPPT controllers, allowing the solar array to recharge the system every day while the batteries maintain our reserve.

And this is ONLY STAGE ONE.

Stages TWO and THREE will add more solar capacity so we can harvest enough power during the day to replenish the system while maintaining a serious reserve.

WHY?
Because I’ve been doing this since 2005, and business has taught me one thing:

S**T HAPPENS.

2008 recession.
COVID.
Supply chain chaos.
Economic uncertainty.
Power outages.

The world stops sometimes.

You don’t prepare AFTER it happens.

You prepare BEFORE. 🤘

I bought my building in outright in CASH, Zero Morgage because I wanted full ownership.

I invested in high end printing equipment, manufacturing equipment, 3D printers and product development infrastructure because I wanted capability.

Now I’m investing in my own power infrastructure because I want independence.

I didn’t build all this just to have somebody flip a switch and tell me when I can work. 🙄

FK THE DEPENDENCY. 😎
