Today we share the difficult news of the passing of William Lindus, our Director of Operations and a deeply valued member of the I.T. Guru family.
William was the operational backbone of our team—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to how we serve veterinary practices every day. He had a rare ability to connect people, bridge technical and leadership perspectives, and turn complex challenges into clear, meaningful progress.
Beyond his impact within I.T. Guru, William was a respected leader across the veterinary community, serving as President of Vet Partners and collaborating with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to move the profession forward.
More importantly, William was someone who genuinely cared—about his team, his clients, and the people he worked with. He was thoughtful, patient, and passionate about helping others succeed, always taking time to mentor and support those around him.
His loss is deeply felt across our team and the wider community. As we navigate this time, we remain committed to continuing to support the practices and partners we serve with the same care and professionalism he championed daily.
We are incredibly grateful for the support and kindness that has already been shared with our team—it truly means so much.
We will miss him greatly, and his legacy will continue in the work we do every day.
